Rates

• Rates per night range from: $275 - $375 depending upon the number of people, duration and season.
• $500 security deposit with each reservation.
• $120 cleaning fee.
• Check-in: 4 p.m. / Check-out: 11 a.m.
• 2 night minimum off season (October - June)
• 3 night minimum peak season (June, July, August and September plus all major Holidays including Valentines.)
